EOL Parts Standard 12 Month Hardware Warranty
EOL Parts provides warranties on all systems and parts (unless specifically otherwise noted on the product page) for a period of 12 months from the date of your order.
The warranty covers hardware components used in normal circumstances under manufacturer-specified environmental conditions. Hardware damaged through misuse, abuse or neglect or software problems are not covered under the warranty.
Extended warranties are available in yearly increments. Please contact Jean Brennan at 201-447-0100 or email her at Jean@EOLParts.com for information on purchasing a low cost extended warranty or post-warranty maintenance package.
Standard 12 Month Warranty Claims
If you suspect a hardware problem with your machine or part, please contact us. Our technicians will be glad to troubleshoot the problem with you. If you have already determined that a hardware problem exists, please contact us at either Sales@EOLParts.com or telephone us at 201-447-0100 Monday thru Friday, 9:00am – 5:00PM Eastern and we will open a Service Ticket for you and provide you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and a Used Parts Return form that must be completed and accompany the part. Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping a faulty part/system back to us. A replacement component will then be sent to you after the faulty part is received, audited and repaired. We reserve the right to replace the defective unit with a fully compatible unit that has the same of better performance specifications.
NOTE: Please be sure to pack items securely and with enough cushioning packing material, as the warranty does not cover damage on improperly packed items. You should also insure your package with the carrier you select.
Missing Parts Policy
Occasionally, incorrect or incomplete orders may be sent accidentally. If your order arrives and is incomplete or inaccurate it is required that you notify us within 15 days of receipt of your order. Missing part requests may not be honored after this time period has elapsed. If you receive your package and there is an item missing, please contact us immediately at 201-447-0100 Monday thru Friday, 9:00am – 5:00PM Eastern or email us at Sales@EOLParts.com.
Delivery of Replacement Items
All domestic replacement items are sent at no charge via FedEx Ground service. Depending on your geographical location, items for domestic US orders sent via the Free Ground service can take anywhere from 1 to 5+ business days to arrive. If you have a FedEx account number, we will be glad to ship the replacement items on your account via the service level of your choice. Our warranty does not cover international shipping for replacement items.
For Mission-Critical Environments

What the Warranty Does Not Include
EOL Parts’ standard hardware warranty does NOT include the following services:
"Advance Exchange" i.e. replacement parts sent prior to return of the faulty component
Advanced telephone software support
Onsite troubleshooting / technical support
24x7 technical support
Overnight shipment of replacement parts
Loaner systems or spare parts
Technical Support Policy
If your system arrives and does not function, EOL Parts will provide technical support to assist you in getting your machine running from a hardware perspective. Once your machine is up and running (i.e. once it can successfully complete “post” hardware diagnostics), the standard warranty does not include assistance with system usage questions, software misconfigurations, bugs or other software issues.
