Warranty Service Upgrade for Sun SunFire V440; 1 year total; Warranty Service Upgrade provides advance exchange parts, with same day advanced remote technical support 8:00 am - 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Parts are delivered Next Business Day (Monday - Friday) via overnight delivery service for requests made by 3:00 pm Eastern time US.

·         Warranty Service Level Upgrade Agreement Highlights: 

o   8x5x4 Support Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm Local Time; Excluding Holidays,

o   4 Hour Technical Response Time,

o   Select Dedicated On-site Spares to be provided with automatic replenishment,

o   Additional parts to be shipped as necessary via FedEx Next Day Service,

o    Agreement is for Hardware Support only and does not include Software Support. It is the user’s responsibility to obtain an RTU (Right To Use) license for whatever operating system is used on the hardware.
